You’ll find the session especially useful if, like me, you’re resistant to goals or have a pattern of giving up on your goals before they’re accomplished.

Even if there’s nothing in the world you enjoy doing more than setting new goals, the strategies you’ll learn here will help you keep going in a way that feels good.

In this free 1 ½ hour group session over Zoom, you’ll learn how to:

  1. Set your “Glow Goals”.
  2. Create a morning “Glow Goal Habit”.
  3. Establish a “Glowing Feedback Habit”.
  4. Team up with your “Glow Goal Muse”.

Come to the session armed with wishes/dreams that we’ll translate into goals that work for you.

This will be an interactive, recorded session over Zoom.

The session is on January 13, 2022 from 3:30 – 5:00 pm EST. If you can’t make that time, you’ll still receive a recording afterwards. The recording will be shared with everyone who signs up.
